No nights and no weekends! Typical schedule is 2:30/3:00pm-6pm Monday thru Friday
Do you enjoy working with kids, being a role model, and creating fun experiences? As a Program Leader at the Boys & Girls Club, you’ll help lead activities, support our members, and make a positive impact every day.
What You’ll Do:

Lead and Inspire – Run games, activities, and programs that are fun, safe, and meaningful.

Support Club Members – Build positive relationships and be a mentor for youth ages 6–18.

Keep Things Moving – Help with daily club operations like setting up activities, supervising spaces, and keeping things organized.

Model Great Behavior – Encourage positive choices and help manage behavior in a respectful, supportive way.

Work as a Team – Collaborate with other staff, volunteers, and directors to keep the club running smoothly and make sure everyone feels welcome.

Summer Camp Counselor experience is really beneficial!

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
- Standing or walking for up to 8 hours a day
- Pushing or lifting of up to 50lbs
- Ability to handle high noise levels for extended periods of time.
Salary : $14 - $16
