Job Description:
Plans, implements, supervises and evaluates all programs and activities for the Before School & After School Program.
KEY ROLES (Essential Job Responsibilities)
Prepare Youth for Success
- Safely sign members in and out of the facility
- Supervise groups of up to 25 youth
- Implement quality programs that promote safety of members
- Engage members with scheduled daily activities
- Provide guidance and role modeling to members
- Manage program areas
- Ensure members safely get on and off the bus
- Ensure a healthy, clean, and safe environment
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Schedule:
· Monday to Friday
· 6:00-8:30 AM & 3:00-6:00 PM
Experience:
· High school diploma
· Demonstrated experience in planning and implementing programs.
· Knowledge of youth development
· Ability to motivate youth and manage behavior problems
· Ability to plan and implement quality education programs for youth
· Ability to organize and supervise members in a safe environment
· Complete required trainings as specified in the Employee Handbook
· Valid State Drivers License
Relationships:
Internal: Maintain daily communication with Before School Coordinator, Unit Director and Club members to receive/provide information, discuss issues, explain guidelines/instructions; instruct; and advise/counsel.
License/Certification:
· First Aid Certification (Preferred)
· CPR Certification (Preferred)
