FRONT DESK & ATTENDANCE COORDINATOR
Part-Time | After-School Program

Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for members, families, and visitors; greet everyone warmly and professionally
- Track daily attendance accurately in line with Burlington School District and Boys & Girls Clubs of America requirements
- Monitor the entry area to ensure safety and security for all members
- Support staff and program operations as needed during after-school hours
- Maintain accurate records for reporting and licensing requirements
- Ability to use trauma informed practices to interact with Club members
Desired/Preferred Skills/Knowledge:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfort working with children and youth of diverse backgrounds
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately track data
- Flexible, professional, and approachable demeanor
- Experience, lived or otherwise, working with people from diverse racial, ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds, as well as people who are LGBTQ or “first in family” to attend college
Required:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Employment subject to successfully passing a background check and completion of state and Boys & Girls Clubs trainings
Schedule: Must be able to work at least four days a week.
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM
- Wednesday: 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM

- Integrated Arts Academy, 6 Archibald Street, Burlington (grades K–3)
Compensation: $19/hour
Reports To: Program Director

The Boys & Girls Club is a non-profit organization offering youth a safe place during out-of-school hours, helping them build character, develop leadership, and achieve academic success.
