The Coordinator will work closely with the Recruiting, Payroll, and Housing Managers to ensure smooth daily HR operations, all while contributing to a positive team member experience.
Responsibilities
- Understand the resort's operations and the local community to effectively answer employee questions.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources team and other managers on projects, audits, presentations, and newsletters.
- Accurately complete data entry for personnel files and documents throughout the employment process.
- Maintain and organize the Human Resources office, including managing mail, office supplies, and administrative tasks.
- Ensure HR compliance under the guidance of the Director and other managers.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Be knowledgeable about the Big Sky Resort handbook, policies, and procedures to address inquiries.
- Provide support to Payroll, Housing, and other HR functions as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Knowledge of Big Sky Resort is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and initiative are crucial.
- Must be approachable and able to communicate clearly and effectively with team members at all levels.
- Ability to exercise good judgment in applying policies and resolving issues.
- Experience with Big Sky Resort systems (RTP, SMS, iCIMS, StarRez) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, Dropbox, and other office software.
