Job Summary
Boyne Country Sports is seeking a friendly, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Sports Retail Associate to support daily retail operations, merchandise sales, product organization, and customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance.
- Help customers select sports apparel, equipment, accessories, and related merchandise.
- Explain product features, sizing, availability, pricing, and basic product care.
- Process sales transactions, returns, exchanges, and customer orders accurately.
- Receive, unpack, label, and organize incoming merchandise.
- Stock shelves, displays, racks, and designated product areas.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock or damaged merchandise.
- Maintain accurate product and inventory information.
- Assist with product pickups, special orders, and merchandise preparation.
- Maintain clean, organized, and attractive sales areas.
- Follow company procedures for customer service, merchandising, inventory, and store safety.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, sports sales, customer service, or merchandising is preferred.
- Knowledge or interest in sports equipment, apparel, and outdoor products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
