Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Installer Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems across residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Your expertise will ensure that heating, cooling, ventilation, refrigeration, and related mechanical systems operate efficiently and reliably. Responsibilities
- Install new HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and ventilation systems according to schematics and HVAC design plans.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency
- Conduct field service work involving repair, property maintenance, plumbing connections, and mechanical adjustments.
- Diagnose issues using tools such as ohmmeters and other testing devices; identify faulty components for timely repairs.
- Collaborate with team members on complex installations or repairs requiring mechanical knowledge or ammonia refrigeration expertise.
- Maintain detailed service records, work logs, and reports to document completed tasks and system conditions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a service technician in HVAC installation or maintenance; construction experience is a plus.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in HVAC design principles, schematics
- Hands-on experience with equipment repair for HVAC systems
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating
drivers preferred - Mechanical or technical certification related to HVAC or refrigeration is preferred; mechanic experience is beneficial.
