The Equipment Manager is responsible for the full lifecycle of our fleet: procurement, deployment, maintenance, tracking, and cost performance across all active projects and our shop operation.

What You'll Own
- Fleet deployment and utilization across multiple active job sites
- Preventative maintenance programs and repair coordination
- Procurement, rental agreements, and vendor negotiations
- Asset tracking, inventory control, and lifecycle management
- Equipment and tools P&L, budgeting, and cost performance
- Small tools program, inspections, certifications, and compliance
- Leading and developing shop superintendents and mechanics
- 5–8 years of equipment or fleet management experience in construction or a related industry
- Strong working knowledge of heavy equipment, power tools, and construction machinery
- Experience with maintenance programs, fleet tracking systems, and vendor negotiations
- Comfort managing budgets and owning cost outcomes
- CDL preferred; valid driver's license required
- Ability to travel to project sites as needed
