Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM (Some evenings & weekends required)

What You’ll Do
As a Home Comfort Designer, you'll be the friendly face and trusted advisor guiding homeowners toward the best HVAC solutions for their needs. This role includes mostly residential and some light commercial HVAC System Design work. You will help design a system of equipment that will meet customers’ heating and cooling needs. Designing effective systems includes performing heat gain / loss calculations and piecing together appropriately sized and compatible components that meet customer needs.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Build lasting relationships with clients based on trust, respect, and real solutions.
- Conduct thorough in-home assessments to design personalized heating and cooling systems.
- Present tailored proposals, explain financing options, and close deals that meet each customer’s needs and budget.
- Follow up on leads promptly and generate new opportunities to meet monthly goals.
- Collaborate with installers and techs to ensure smooth scheduling, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all activity using ServiceTitan.
- Keep up with the latest industry trends, product features, and competitor offerings to stay sharp and confident in your role.
