HVAC Service Technician

Pay: $25 - $35/hr plus commissions and bonuses

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

• Explaining system issues to homeowners in plain language and recommending maintenance and efficiency upgrades
• Diagnosing and fixing residential HVAC systems including A/Cs, furnaces, boilers, zoning, and hydronic systems
• Showing up prepared and getting jobs fixed right the first time
• Performing seasonal heating and cooling maintenance
• Responding to service calls on time and keeping customers comfortable
• Taking part in an on-call rotation for emergency service
• Spotting additional service or maintenance needs while on site
• Keeping clean, accurate job records in ServiceTitan
• Showing up on time, ready to work, and representing the company professionally
• Improving your skills through hands-on training and certifications
• Staying flexible with schedules and daily assignments

What We’re Looking For

• 2 years of residential HVAC service experience (heating and cooling)
• Experience with ServiceTitan (preferred, not required)
• Comfortable recommending additional services and replacement options when appropriate
• Solid people skills, including handling customer concerns professionally
• Team-first attitude—willing to pitch in and support where needed
• Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, and job software for scheduling, invoicing, and communication
• Able to work on ladders and in tight spaces
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
