What are the responsibilities and job description for the Omni Channel Analyst position at Boxout?
Boxout LLC., a national distributor and industry leader in health and wellness product distribution for over 60 years, is seeking an Omni-Channel Analyst to join our team. In this position you will be working in a high volume, Omni-Channel business, operating multiple storefronts including Amazon, eBay, Wal-Mart and Google, with other team members. As an Omni-Channel Analyst, responsibilities include assisting the Fulfillment Manager with inventory reconciliation, reimbursement claim management, data review and communication.
Responsibilities:
· Collect and submit information to external stakeholder related to filing reimbursement claims on Amazon and Walmart channel.
· Identify and collaborate with external stakeholder to resolve denied reimbursement claims on Amazon and Walmart channel.
· Perform monthly inventory reconciliation between internal and external inventory in the Amazon and Walmart channel.
· Prepare and post inventory adjustments related to inventory activity that occurred on Amazon and Walmart Channel.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate month-end figures.
· Research and resolve customer orders that are held due to insufficient inventory in accounting system that were fulfilled by Amazon or Walmart Channel.
· Detect and record customer orders fulfilled by Amazon or Walmart Channel not reflected in financial results.
· Investigates differences in inventory receipts between internal and external data and communicate results with internal stakeholders.
· Communicate inbound performance issues for shipments with internal and external stakeholders
· Collaborate with brand specialist and Fulfillment Manager to resolve inventory stranded at Amazon Channel.
· Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to automation initiatives.
· Handle customer communication as needed.
· Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in finance, supply chain or equivalent
· Ability to multitask
· Strong communication skills, verbal and written
