We’re searching for a dynamic New Business Development Manager that wants to win!
What You’ll Do
· Prospect, pursue, and close new business opportunities across key markets
· Build, lead and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
· Develop exclusive relationships that create unique service offerings to our markets
· Conduct discovery meetings to understand needs and pain points for new business prospects
· Collaborate with our Sales, E-Commerce, Marketing, Finance and Operations teams
· Lead negotiations and manage the full sales cycle from outreach to contract signing
What We’re Looking For
· Proven experience in business development, sales, and strategic partnerships
· Strong relationship-building and communication skills
· Tenacious, self-driven, persistent, and goal-oriented
· Confident presenter with the ability to influence key decision-makers
· Creative problem solvers
· Strong understanding of financial models for business relationships
· Experience selling outsourced distribution and order-to-cash services a plus
