Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair electrical systems and equipment in compliance with local electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Perform routine inspections to identify electrical issues and implement necessary repairs or upgrades.
- Troubleshoot electrical problems, diagnose faults, and provide effective solutions.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure the uninterrupted operation of electrical systems.
- Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide timely resolution.
- Document work performed, including repairs, installations, and maintenance activities.
Qualifications
Experience, Knowledge and Education:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required
- 2 years applicable experience is preferred.
- Working knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently.
- Technical training and license preferred.
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus (not required)
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and work at heights if necessary.
