We are seeking a skilled Assistant Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with routine maintenance and conducting repairs on various systems and equipment. This role requires a solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs, as instructed
- Address mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
- Maintain accurate maintenance records
- Respond to service requests and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Follow safety protocols and regulations
- Tier 1 position - on call to respond to 24-hour emergency calls as scheduled
- Other tasks as assigned by the Property Manager and/or Lead Maintenance Technician
Qualifications:
Education & Training
- High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Attention to detail and safety
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
