Sales Assistant needed for expanding dealership!

The Sales Assistant plays a key role in supporting the Sales Consultant and General Sales Manager while helping deliver an outstanding experience for every Bowser Automotive customer. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and eager to grow within the automotive sales industry.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly
• Follow up with current and prospective customers to ensure a high-quality experience
• Use CRM tools to maintain relationships and generate repeat business
• Assist with completing sales paperwork and documentation
• Support vehicle delivery by explaining features and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Manage and respond to online leads
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer records
• Follow the "Power of Bowser" sales process
• Provide additional support as needed by the Sales Consultant and General Sales Manager

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement
• Ability to drive a manual transmission (preferred)
• Pennsylvania Sales License, or willingness to obtain one

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods (up to 12 hours per day)
