What You'll Do

- Reach out to potential customers through follow-up calls and emails, building strong connections and keeping the excitement going.
- Coordinate appointments with sales managers to create a smooth, personalized buying experience that customers love.
- Share your growing product knowledge to help customers understand features and find the perfect vehicle.
- Hit quality and performance goals that help keep our customer satisfaction top-notch.
- Follow Bowser Automotive policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Outstanding listening skills and the ability to ask the right questions to understand customer needs.
- Comfort with basic computer skills and CRM software - and a willingness to learn quickly.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional, and energetic personality.
- A self-motivated mindset that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to build rapport with customers over the phone and online.
