Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate client IT infrastructures and environments
- Gather technical requirements and perform gap analysis
- Design and implement cost-effective technical solutions
- Lead and execute infrastructure and cloud-related projects
- Support and improve Microsoft-based environments
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
Qualifications
- 5 years of technical experience in systems and network support
- 1–2 years of MSP experience preferred
- Strong experience with Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2016–2022
- Experience with Microsoft Exchange 2016/2019
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft cloud technologies: Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID
- Experience with virtualization platforms: Hyper-V, VMware, ESXi
