We are looking for a professional who thrives on variety and visibility. We’re seeking a Consultative System Administrator—a skilled technical professional who enjoys the hands-on work of managing diverse environments while acting as a trusted, collaborative advisor for our clients.

HOW YOU’LL DRIVE IMPACT:
- Identity & Management: You’ll manage Active Directory and Group Policy to maintain security standards and ensure consistent configurations across our client base.
- Networking & Connectivity: You’ll support and maintain SonicWall and Cisco environments, managing VPN tunnels and network security to ensure reliable, protected connectivity.
- Server & Cloud Operations: You’ll oversee the health and performance of Windows Server (2016-2022) and SQL environments while managing user environments within M365 and Google Workspace.
- System Reliability: You’ll implement and test Disaster Recovery and Backup solutions, ensuring that our clients' data is safe and their business continuity is never in doubt.
- Technical Reviews: You’ll conduct IT audits to identify infrastructure needs, then help translate those technical findings into proactive recommendations during client QBRs.
THE SPLIT:
- 75% Technical Execution: Managing escalations, maintaining server health, and optimizing network performance.
- 25% Consultative Strategy: Acting as the "Face of IT" during audits and helping clients plan their technical roadmap.

Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
