We are looking for a well-rounded individual to consult, implement and manage a wide variety of solutions. The ideal System Engineer is someone who is considered a "jack of all trades" as you will be working with a diverse technical stack to customize solutions to our clients.
IT Senior Engineer "Jack of All Trades" (MSP) Responsibilities:
- Provide technical project consulting and comprehensive IT support for a variety of business clients
- Consult with end users and manage back-end systems.
- Plan, execute and deploy computer, server and cloud solutions.
- Implement network and printer reconfigurations.
- Provide VoIP deployment, firewall management, virus/malware cleanup and end user help desk support.
- Configure and install various computer and Windows servers
- Migrate O365 & G-Suite
- Azure build outs and migrations
- Virtualization via Hyper-V or VMware (Configuring new infrastructure and completing P2V migrations)
IT Senior Engineer "Jack of All Trades" (MSP) Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Install, configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows 11.
- Knowledge/experience with VMware virtual environments and experience with Microsoft 365.
- Hands-on experience with ISP/router/firewall management.
- Thorough knowledge of Ethernet network environments, Active Directory user and group management.
- Ability to troubleshoot computer and peripheral hardware issues.
- Microsoft certifications preferred, specifically Azure, Intune and Power BI.
- Experience with ConnectWise Manage and RMM preferred
- Cisco, Apple, VMware, CompTIA certifications a plus
