Hardware Deployment Technician | MSP | Canoga Park, CA | $28/hr
Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and love getting tech up and running? A growing MSP in the San Fernando Valley is seeking a Hardware Deployment Technician to roll out desktops, laptops, and peripherals for multiple clients—onsite and remotely—while ensuring smooth onboarding and minimal disruption.
What You’ll Do:
- Prep, configure, and install desktops, laptops, and peripherals using deployment tools like ImmyBot and Microsoft Intune
- Perform data backups, system migrations, and decommission old hardware
- Set up user profiles, email, drives, printers, and software
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues post-deployment
- Maintain accurate asset tracking and deployment documentation
- Coordinate schedules with clients and project leads
- Participate in on-call rotation after 90 days
What You Bring:
- 1–2 years of PC deployment, helpdesk, or IT field support experience
- MSP Industry experience is required
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking
- Strong organization, time management, and communication skills
Bonus Skills:
- CompTIA A , Network , or other certifications
- Experience with RMM platforms like ConnectWise Automate, NinjaRMM, or Kaseya
- Mac deployment experience
