Are you a compassionate and dedicated therapist that is dedicated to address the emotional , social, and behavioral issues that affect young children? Bowman Family Services is a dynamic, wellness and client-centered private practice that is currently seeking Fully Licensed Therapists to join our team. We welcome therapists who have an interest in working with children ages 4 and up. Therapists equipped to provide evidence-based interventions to meet the individualized needs of children is desired. Therapists willing to be licensed across other states would be a plus. Additionally, specific training in aspects of Play Therapy, EMDR and IFS is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Experience in working with young children, ages 4 years of age and up, using play therapy techniques (ex., doll and puppet play, art therapy, role-playing, bibliotherapy).
- Provide therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Participate in regular supervision and continuing education opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
- Current state licensure as a Therapist (LCMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent).
- Experience working in a private practice setting preferred.
- Experience working with young children and their families.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with diverse populations.
- Commitment to high educational standards, ongoing professional development and ethical practice.
