What are the responsibilities and job description for the Design Consultant/Sales Associate position at Bowling Green Home Furnishings?
We are seeking a Furniture Sales Associate to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue. We are looking for full time candidates only at this time. Saturdays are mandatory. You are guaranteed hourly pay plus commission.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Explain products and services to customers
- Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
- Manage order placement and process all customer orders
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, design or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience/Education in the Design field
- Must be able to work Saturdays
Pay: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
