We are seeking a highly organized, execution-focused Operations & Executive Manager to work directly with the founder of a growing company. This role is for someone who thrives on ownership, closes loops, and brings structure to fast-moving ideas.

- Act as the founder’s right-hand, helping prioritize, organize, and execute initiatives
- Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to completion
- Build and improve workflows, checklists, and SOPs
- Support operations, scheduling, and day-to-day execution
- Work in QuickBooks to assist with invoicing, expenses, and basic reporting
- Use technology and AI tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
- Identify inefficiencies and implement better systems
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- A finisher — you follow things through to completion
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities without micromanagement
- Strong with computers and quick to learn new software
- Confident working in QuickBooks (or similar accounting software)
