What You’ll Do
- Greet guests with energy and enthusiasm, making them feel welcome from the start.
- Take food and drink orders, provide recommendations, and promote specials and events.
- Ensure every guest’s experience is smooth, fun, and safe, from checking IDs to monitoring alcohol service.
- Keep your section clean, organized, and stocked so guests can focus on having fun.
- Operate our POS system with accuracy for orders, payments, and shift paperwork.
- Jump in to help teammates and keep the shift moving, whether that’s setting tables, assisting with prep, or handling closing duties.
- Friendly, outgoing, guest-focused personality.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Night, weekend, and holiday availability
- Confidence in handling cash and operating POS systems.
- Commitment to food safety, responsible alcohol service, and guest well-being.
- Current state certifications (where required).
