- Keep the facility guest-ready by following a daily and weekly cleaning checklist.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and shampoo floors and carpets.
- Clean and restock restrooms, ensuring everything is tidy and fully supplied.
- Wash windows, doors, and surfaces to keep first impressions spotless.
- Empty trash and recycling and keep public areas organized.
- Pitch in with light maintenance: replacing bulbs, touching up paint, or small repairs.
- Help outside too: picking up litter, shoveling snow, or clearing walkways when needed.
- Use cleaning equipment and products safely and correctly.
- Communicate with management about supply needs or maintenance issues.
- A positive attitude and pride in a job well done.
- Prior custodial or maintenance experience is helpful but not required.
- Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stay active throughout your shift.
- Team mindset and willingness to help wherever needed to keep the center running smoothly.
