We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Production Manager to oversee the production of our studio’s signature and custom made-to-order pieces. Responsibilities for this role include coordinating with vendors, managing timelines, and ensuring the highest level of quality control throughout the process. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about design.


Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the liaison between the design, production, and sales teams to ensure seamless communication and meet order deadlines

• Manage production schedule through prioritizing projects, coordinating vendor orders, planning in-house fabrication workflows

• Organize production timelines using Monday.com and Google Calendar in order to coordinate across design, production and sales teams

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of local and international vendors

• Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to quality standards

• Source raw materials, components, and finished goods, while maintaining accurate inventory and supply records

• Assess and improve fabrication processes to enhance efficiency, consistency, and product quality

• Support lead designers through the development of new designs ensuring fabrication optimization

• Maintain and update production documentation in Google Drive to ensure accuracy and up to date files

Benefits:

• Salary range: 65K - 75K based on experience

• Half days on Fridays (8:30am-12:30pm) September - June, Summer Fridays (off) July - August

• 16 days PTO days Holidays

Job Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in a production/project management role within design, furniture, or fabrication industries

• Proficient in Monday.com, Google Workspace, and Adobe Creative Suite

• Thorough understanding of materials (wood, metal, glass, etc.) and manufacturing processes

• Highly organized with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment


Preferred Skills:

• Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Rhino, and/or SketchUp

• Familiarity with made-to-order furniture production

• Background in furniture, interior design, architecture, home goods and/or product design or related fields are a plus
