About the Role:
We are looking for a Furniture Consultant to join our TFP Workplace team in New York. You will collaborate to deliver outstanding projects for our clients in the commercial office sector.
At TFP, our clients trust us completely with their furniture requirements, relying on us to manage the entire process seamlessly. As a Furniture Consultant, your role is to lead projects with confidence, ensuring they align with budgetary and timeline parameters. You'll cultivate and develop client relationships while collaborating with various departments, including marketing, operations, project management, and finance.

About you...
- You have a minimum of 1 year's experience working on commercial workplace projects
- You have a can do, positive attitude
- You are happy to travel for work
- You are eager to learn and listen to feedback, take ownership of mistakes and grow from them
- You take a proactive approach to your own learning and development
- You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced role that involves a significant amount of administrative work
- You are inquisitive and question things to develop an in-depth knowledge of products and processes
- You are comfortable with numerical analysis
- You are proficient in using Microsoft Excel
- You have an interest and/or a passion for design
- You take accountability and ownership of all project and associated tasks
- You enjoy detailed administrative tasks and execute them to a high level of accuracy
- You are able to meet deadlines
- You are efficient in accomplishing tasks and seeing them through to completion

You may also...
- Have previous project management or commercial experience in any field
- Buying experience within the furniture or fashion industry
- Have product or design-related experience
- Have knowledge of the furniture industry and the key manufacturers
