Maintenance Manager
Bowden Manufacturing is seeking an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maximizing equipment uptime, ensuring facility reliability, and supporting safe, efficient production.
This position is ideal for a floor-oriented leader who enjoys coaching teams, solving problems, and partnering closely with Production, Engineering, and Safety.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee maintenance and repair of all production equipment, facilities, and infrastructure
- Develop and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs
- Coordinate daily priorities with Production, Engineering, and Quality
- Plan maintenance during downtime, shutdowns, and emergency situations
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspections, and compliance documentation
- Track maintenance KPIs to improve reliability and resource utilization
- Manage parts inventory, maintenance budget, and vendor relationships
- Drive equipment reliability improvements and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and applicable safety and environmental regulations
What We’re Looking For
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience
- 5–10 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems knowledge
- Experience with ERP systems and maintenance tracking tools
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to safety, accountability, and continuous improvement

Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
