SUMMARY:
Fully responsible for the production planning, organization, control and monitoring of the production workshop to ensure that the production targets are achieved.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop the department's work plan and objectives according to the company's overall planning and objectives, and implement the plans.
- Organize the implementation of the production plan to ensure that the objectives are achieved.
- Responsible for the quality control during the production process, monitor the quality during the production operation from time to time to ensure the qualified rate of finished products.
- Responsible for the overall control of production costs, monitoring the use of production materials.
- Coordinate the reasonable deployment and supervision of manpower, machine, material, method and environment in the production site.
- Organize product identification and operation records during production to ensure product traceability.
- Monitor the process operation of the production line, and put forward suggestions and measures for improvement.
- Manage production line equipment and toolings.
- Organize and carry out production safety and 6S management, enhance the workers' awareness of production safety, improve and maintain the production working environment.
- Responsible for the establishment, training, daily management, supervision and coordination of the staff team in the manufacturing workshop.
- Complete all the tasks temporarily arranged.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
Education:
- Associate’s degree or above in science and engineering related disciplines
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production management in solar industry, of which 3 years of experience in an equivalent position.
- Have production management concepts and practical production management experience, with strong management skills in standard working hours, cost control, production site management, production safety, etc.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Familiar with PV cell or module production process, process standards of each process, trouble shooting and key control points.
- Skilled in the application of IE, JIT and other scientific management techniques, with a certain degree of planning ability; strong planning ability, good thinking, good communication and coordination skills, organizational skills and innovation ability.
