Workers Comp Attorney Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners, senior attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants
• Handle assigned matters with oversight
• Assist with cases from inception to post-trial
• Communicate with clients regarding case status
• Participate in court appearances and mediation
• Prepare pleadings, motions, and litigation documents
• Review and respond to discovery requests
• Conduct research as required by each case
• Perform direct and cross-examinations of expert witnesses at trial
  
  

Workers Comp Attorney Requirements

• 2 years of Workers’ Compensation experience
• Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills
• Self-starter with a proactive approach
• Flexibility to work with multiple attorneys is preferred
