- Lead enterprise-wide HR strategy aligned with growth, operational performance, and cultural cohesion
- Partner directly with the CEO on organizational design, leadership alignment, and executive development
- Drive all M&A and post-merger integration initiatives, including cultural consolidation and change management
- Oversee HRIS, payroll, compliance, benefits, people analytics, and HR operations
- Build scalable hiring systems for marine, industrial services, and power generation business lines
- Lead succession planning and leadership development initiatives across the enterprise
- Design and implement compensation structures tied to EBITDA and operational KPIs
- Strengthen employee experience, engagement, and retention across multi-site operations
- Enhance performance review processes, evaluation systems, and feedback loops
- Standardize workflows, SOPs, and modernization efforts following recent HRIS consolidation
- Serve as a strategic partner to Operations, Finance, and regional leadership teams
- Advocate for sustainable people practices while establishing boundaries and maintaining executive accountability
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR or business leadership experience
- 5 years in a senior or executive HR role within a private equity-backed or high-velocity M&A environment
- Demonstrated success supporting companies between $250M–$500M in revenue
- Proven ability to lead through M&A, integrations, organizational redesign, and rapid scaling
- Experience overseeing HRIS, payroll, benefits, compliance, and HR operations
- Deep knowledge of compensation, performance management, and people analytics
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence CEOs, boards, and PE partners
- Experience leading multi-site workforces with high decision-making velocity
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Passion for developing leaders and elevating team capability
- Thick skin, strong boundaries, and the confidence to push back respectfully
- Expertise in Paylocity preferred
- HR certifications, including SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, preferred
- Experience within marine, power generation, or industrial services preferred
