Position Title: Transactional Attorney

The Transactional Attorney position offers a unique opportunity to engage with K-12 education law in a dynamic legal environment. Salary Range: $160,000 - $195,000 / Year DOE

Transactional Attorney Responsibilities

• Manage cases related to special education law
• Provide legal defense services, focusing on K-12 education
• Collaborate with various practice groups to ensure effective legal strategies
• Meet the firm's billable hour requirements
• Participate in mentorship programs to foster professional growth
  
  

Transactional Attorney Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of legal experience
• Experience in defense work, with consideration for plaintiff work on a case-by-case basis
• Transferable skills from administrative law or educational backgrounds are valued
• Graduation from an accredited law school
• Barred in multiple states, including California, is a significant advantage
• Big Law experience is preferred
