Salary Range: $90,000 - $130,000 / Year DOE
Responsibilities
- Track and analyze production costs, labor, and variances
- Monitor inventory, cycle counts, and reconciliations
- Analyze manufacturing costs and identify efficiencies
- Support budgeting and forecasting
- Work with plant teams to improve reporting and operations
- Maintain accurate data in Microsoft Business Central ERP
- Review production yield, waste, and margins
- Build reports and dashboards for leadership
- Assist with customer pricing models
- Experience in food processing manufacturing is required
- 5-10 years of experience
- Strong understanding of cost accounting and COGS
- Comfortable working closely with operations, not just spreadsheets
- Advanced Excel skills; Power BI is a plus
- ERP experience is required; Microsoft Business Central is preferred
- Bachelor's degree
- Flexibility to work typical hours of 8-5, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime on Sundays for inventory is preferred
- 80-90% of medical coverage for employees after three months
