Responsibilities
- Manage strategic relationships with approximately 15 key accounts
- Drive product adoption and optimize usage through proactive engagement
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with clients to assess progress and goals
- Utilize data insights to present findings to C-suite executives
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure client satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client experiences
- Maintain a deep understanding of client needs and industry trends
- 8 years of client success experience in SaaS software
- Proven ability to engage in strategic conversations and develop success plans
- Hands-on experience in client-facing roles with investigative skills
- Proficiency in Excel, including formulas and pivot tables
- Strong PowerPoint skills for presentations
- A bachelor's degree is required
- Ability to build deep relationships and respond quickly to client needs
- Flexibility to work in CST or EST time zones is preferred
