Responsibilities
- Manage remodeling projects and construction teams
- Ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Review plans, estimates, scopes of work, and project budgets
- Conduct site visits and inspections
- Monitor project financials and progress reports
- Support hiring, training, and development of construction staff
- Maintain safety standards and company procedures
- Build relationships with architects, engineers, inspectors, vendors, and clients
- 3 years of construction project management experience
- Residential remodeling and/or new home construction experience
- Strong budgeting and scheduling skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with CoConstruct is preferred
