Project Manager Responsibilities
- Direct and manage project teams, including a residential team and subcontractors
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects
- Meet with clients to assess project needs and develop proposals
- Build and nurture a team of subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations
- Communicate project progress to stakeholders
- Handle any issues that arise during the project lifecycle
- At least 5 years of project management experience
- Experience in residential and commercial construction
- Experience with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc
- General contracting experience
- Local knowledge of the area and community is essential
- A BA in construction management or business management is preferred
- Experience with municipal buildings is preferred
- Familiarity with electrical components is preferred
