Salary Range: $130,000 - $165,000 / Year DOE

Project Controls Manager Responsibilities
- Conduct project cost analysis to ensure financial accountability
- Perform project schedule analysis to track progress and identify delays
- Execute project risk analysis to mitigate potential issues
- Manage interdepartmental collaboration and communication
- Review project budgets against management expectations
- Provide insights on available funds for the school district
- Address inquiries regarding financial processes
- 10 years of project controls experience with at least 3 years in California K-14 or K-12 education
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, construction management, or engineering
- Expert level proficiency in Primavera P6 and advanced Excel skills
- Experience with client representative firms focused on K-12 and K-14 projects
- Project cost analysis experience is preferred
- Project schedule analysis experience is preferred
- Project risk analysis experience is preferred
- Power BI is preferred
- Medical coverage with 50% of the plan cost covered for the candidate and family
