Production Manager Responsibilities
- Oversee all warehouse activities, including managing inventory and ensuring proper storage
- Supervise production shifts and facilitate communication between teams
- Implement and standardize training procedures for staff
- Ensure product consistency and quality throughout the manufacturing process
- Manage safety protocols in compliance with OSHA standards
- Facilitate the unloading of raw materials and preparation of orders for delivery
- Identify areas for process improvement and automation
- Support the exploration of new facilities to accommodate business growth
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in people management
- At least 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- OSHA Certifications are required
- Experience in a niche manufacturing sector is preferred
- Six Sigma certification is preferred
- Experience in coating or paint manufacturing is preferred
