Print Account Manager/ Customer Service Representative Responsibilities
- Take complex work orders from clients
- Manage orders on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Maintain internal customer service standards at all times
- Balance customer interests with company objectives
- Communicate price increases to customers and calculate quotes as needed
- Update clients on expected shipping times and any delays
- Distribute updated page counts across teams
- Coordinate with press managers or purchasing departments as necessary
- Produce invoices and facilitate approval processes
- Review print samples to advocate for customer quality
- 3 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced B2B environment, ideally with physical products
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree is ideal; a high school diploma with strong writing skills and professionalism is acceptable
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented
- Experience in trucking, dispatch, or B2B custom manufacturing is beneficial
- The ability to maintain relationships across the company to communicate client needs and understand the print process is essential
- Experience in the printing industry is preferred
- Familiarity with digital print or web offset is preferred
