Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 / Year DOE

Paralegal Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research using tools such as Clio, Westlaw, and LexisNexis to assist attorneys in various areas including construction litigation and general civil litigation
- Manage and organize case files within the firm’s document management system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Draft, review, and proofread legal documents including pleadings, discovery requests, contracts, and correspondence
- Assist attorneys with document review, litigation support, and data entry related to cases
- Track case deadlines and schedule meetings or interviews to ensure progress on legal matters
- Communicate with clients or witnesses to gather necessary information while maintaining confidentiality
- Prepare transcripts or summaries from meetings, interviews, or court proceedings
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Provide general administrative support such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, answering phones, and handling correspondence as needed
- At least 3 years of experience as a paralegal
- High school diploma
- Proficiency in Clio, Word, Outlook, Slack, and Adobe for document management
- Experience in civil litigation, with a focus on construction and real estate preferred; immigration experience is not acceptable
- Bilingual in Spanish and Farsi is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Paralegal certification is preferred
