Marketplace Manager Responsibilities
- Oversee Amazon FBA operations, ensuring accurate inventory levels, pricing, and fulfillment
- Create, manage, and optimize product listings to drive visibility and conversion
- Track and analyze sales performance, trends, and profitability across online channels
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance product presentation and advertising campaigns
- Coordinate with internal teams to maintain inventory accuracy and availability
- Manage SKU setup, order tracking, and reporting on marketplace metrics
- Identify and recommend growth opportunities in digital sales and new marketplaces
- Maintain brand consistency and compliance across all listings and promotions
- 2 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon FBA or similar marketplace operations
- Strong understanding of e-commerce workflows, including listings, fulfillment, and analytics
- Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central and FBA tools
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
