Position Title: Marketing Assistant
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the marketing calendar to keep projects and campaigns on track
- Schedule and coordinate social media posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
- Prepare candidate profiles for business development purposes
- Coordinate events, sponsorships, and related logistics
- Manage vendors and company swag inventory
- Track awards submissions and marketing project timelines
- Support content creation and communications across various channels
- A Type-A mindset with the ability to support a Type-B manager
- Proficiency in visual graphic design and advertising
- Experience with Canva or similar design tools (Adobe Creative Suite a plus)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, and social media scheduling
- Ability to support advertising copy and persuasive written communications
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
