Maintenance Tech Responsibilities
- Complete general repairs and remodels in designated areas
- Manage resident relations and address maintenance requests
- Complete work orders efficiently and effectively
- Assist with apartment turns as needed
- Participate in on-call rotation if desired
- Sales acumen with the ability to close
- Possession of a car and valid insurance
- One year of experience in residential multi-family property management
- Proficiency in Yardi is helpful
- Basic hand tools are required
- Bilingual is preferred
