Special Projects Maintenance Tech Responsibilities
- Manage resident relations and address maintenance inquiries
- Complete work orders promptly
- Execute tenant improvement projects in gyms, offices, and community centers
- Assist with apartment turns to support onsite properties
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed
- Two years of experience in residential or commercial multi-family property management, maintenance, or tenant improvement
- Must have a car that is insured with liability
- Basic hand tools are required
- Willingness to commute to different property sites as needed
- Yardi proficiency is helpful
- Bilingual is preferred
