Position Title: Lead Residential Property Maintenance Tech

This role involves overseeing and completing work orders for the property while managing a team of two technicians. The individual will be responsible for distributing work orders and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively. Daily interactions with residents will also be a key component, as will the completion of various maintenance projects. This role presents an opportunity to contribute to a positive work environment and facilitate team success.

Salary Range: $28.00 - $30.00 / Hourly DOE

Lead Residential Property Maintenance Tech Responsibilities

• Manage resident relations
• Complete work orders and maintenance projects
• Oversee apartment turns
• Distribute and inspect work orders
• Supervise two technicians
• Communicate project completion and metrics to the Maintenance Manager
  
  

Lead Residential Property Maintenance Tech Requirements

• 2 years in residential multi-family property management maintenance, with some commercial experience considered
• Yardi proficiency is highly preferred
• Insured vehicle with liability coverage is required
• Basic hand tools are required
• 2 years of supervisory experience
• Experience overseeing two or more workers in a supervisory capacity
• Ability to stay organized and prioritize tasks
• Bilingual is preferred
