Lead Carpenter Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on carpentry tasks, including installing doors, windows, and trim
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors on assigned tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at job sites
- Document mileage and expenses as required
- Provide and maintain own tools, requesting replacements as needed
- Valid state driver’s license and ability to pass the required driving safety course
- Ability and willingness to work hands-on when needed
- Strong communication skills and cultural fit with core values
- Commitment to clean, organized job sites and vehicles
- Carpentry background
- Broad residential construction knowledge across trades is preferred
- Prior superintendent/site supervision experience on custom residential projects is preferred
- Education is preferred
- Tool ownership is preferred
