Labor And Employment Legal Assistant Responsibilities

• Support a lead attorney and two partners in daily operations
• Manage attorney calendars and ensure preparedness for upcoming events
• Prepare and update legal documents with high attention to detail
• Assist in trial preparation, including organizing schedules and deadlines
• Handle administrative tasks, with a focus on efficiency
• Maintain compliance with federal and state filing requirements

• Experience in litigation and court scheduling is essential
• At least one year of labor and employment experience is required
