Responsibilities
- Work with clients and architects for value engineering to optimize project costs
- Bid and estimate projects accurately
- Manage projects to ensure they align with the established schedule and budget
- Attend general contractor meetings as required
- Create and maintain project schedules
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and estimating within the commercial drywall industry
- Experience in bidding metal stud framing projects that include sheet rock and acoustical ceilings
- Proficiency in Onscreen Takeoff or Plan Swift
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable with technology
- Experience with projects valued between $250,000 and $500,000
- Exceptional time management and communication skills
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Must be insurable
- Field experience is preferred
- OSHA 30 certification is preferred
- Monthly gas card and truck allowance of $500
