- Lead and grow TAFB’s marketing and communications team
- Own and execute the organization’s marketing and brand strategy
- Oversee paid and earned media, digital campaigns, and crisis communications
- Develop compelling content for press, social, email, web, reports, and multimedia
- Manage media relations and build strong relationships with key outlets
- Partner with agencies and vendors to maximize ROI
- Analyze performance and optimize campaigns using data
- Serve as a brand ambassador at community and industry events
- Provide strategic guidance on emerging marketing trends
- Bring fresh, disruptive ideas that elevate TAFB’s visibility and impact
- 5 years of marketing or communications leadership with measurable results
- Expertise in digital marketing, media relations, and campaign strategy
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and execute big ideas
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and limited structure
- High emotional intelligence and confident decision-making
