Position Title: Client Service Associate

The Client Service Associate plays a vital role in enhancing client experiences and ensuring satisfaction through effective communication and support. This position requires a proactive approach to managing client requests and maintaining accurate records. The associate will handle complex client interactions and facilitate various account-related tasks. A strong emphasis on technology is essential, as the role involves utilizing advanced software to streamline processes. The dynamic environment necessitates adaptability and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Salary Range $110,000 - $120,000 / Year DOE

Client Service Associate Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients via phone and complete action items following account openings
• Handle client requests and manage service issues
• Execute money movements and account wires
• Open accounts for various entities including LLCs and trusts
• Prepare subscription documents for private equity and direct investments
• Maintain client records and assist with compliance tasks
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Review work methods for potential improvements and efficiencies
  
  

Client Service Associate Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Client Service Associate
• Experience in a private bank, RIA, or wire house
• Proficiency with Schwab or custodial experience, with a strong emphasis on technology
• Experience with ultra-high net worth clients is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
