Client Service Associate Responsibilities
- Support two financial advisors managing $330 million in assets under management
- Engage directly with clients through phone calls and emails
- Facilitate client transactions, including sending checks and setting up ACH transfers
- Open new accounts and process deposits
- Handle simple trades and manage paperwork
- Communicate effectively with clients on a regular basis
- Assist in closing tasks and conducting annual reviews for clients
- Stay informed on market trends to facilitate client conversations
- Utilize CRM systems for data entry and client management
- Set up clients in technological platforms
- 2 years of experience in financial services, including RIA or broker/dealer environments
- Proficiency with technology and software applications
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Registration as a client associate (Series 7 and Series 66 or 63/65) is preferred
